Description
This is a collaboration watch with watch manufacturer "SEIKO" to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the TV broadcast of "The Super Dimension Fortress MACROSS."
The design for this project is based on a diver's watch-style bezel model, which has a timeless design, and is inspired by the coloring of the Valkyrie "VF-1S" piloted by ace pilot "Roy Focker." The logo and his memorable personal color "yellow" are incorporated throughout.
Design
At the 6 o'clock position, the skull mark that appears on Roy Focker's Valkyrie VF-1S is subtly placed in a color that blends in with the dial.
The dial is colored yellow up to the 8 o'clock position (40 minutes), in keeping with the 40th anniversary design.
To commemorate the 40th anniversary, only the "40" on the bezel is colored yellow.
The Earth Unified Forces mark is placed at the 9 o'clock position in a calm tone. The word "UNSPACY" is also printed on the watch.
The back cover is engraved with the MACROSS 40th anniversary logo and serial number.
Functionality
The water resistance function is also reliable, with a water resistance of 10 atmospheres.
With the expectation that it will be used by a wide range of customers, the bracelet features an "easy adjust" feature that allows you to adjust the size yourself.
The special box designed for this project features the MACROSS 40th anniversary logo on the top, just like the back of the watch, and the Earth Unified Forces mark on the inside of the top.
