This automatic mechanical watch uses the traditional Japanese craft of Kanazawa gold leaf to recreate the characteristics of the characters from the anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Each dial is handcrafted by a skilled craftsman, making it a truly exquisite work of art.
The movement, which is the heart of the watch, is made in Japan and assembled in Japan, making this a Made in Japan model.
Gyomei's haori:
The disc, which rotates once per second, is decorated with parts inspired by the pattern on the haori coat. The hour and minute hands are designed with the chain part of a Nichirin sword, and when they line up with the indexes at 2 and 10 o'clock, the design of the Nichirin sword is complete. The index at 12 o'clock is accented with a crow motif.
Kanazawa Leaf:
This beautiful gold leaf is only 0.1μm (1/10,000th of a millimeter) thick and is produced in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan's largest gold leaf producing region. It is painstakingly crafted by skilled artisans.
*All dials are handcrafted by artisans. The pattern may differ slightly from the image.
