Mayoi Hachikuji
The dial depicts an empty Namishiro Park. A pink backpack, a headband and ribbon, bandages... signs of Mayoi, a lost fifth-grader and snail-like monster, are everywhere. The scale around the edge features motifs of the playground equipment.
There are headband and ribbon motifs at 1 o'clock and 11 o'clock, and a snail, which tells the time of twilight, at the rear end of the second hand.

At the 6 o'clock position is a large pink backpack that Mayoi is carrying like a snail.
