The Casio G-SHOCK DW-5600SSH-4JR is the Tuna model in the G-SHOCK Sushi Series — three Made in Japan G-SHOCKs produced at the Yamagata Casio factory, each themed around an iconic sushi item. The Casio DW-5600SSH-4JR is the purist's choice in the series: the DW-5600 is G-SHOCK's most iconic silhouette, a direct descendant of the original 1983 DW-5000C that started the entire line, wearing translucent clear resin that references the clean, translucent quality of fresh tuna.

The case is clear resin — the transparency evoking the way light passes through a thinly cut slice of まぐろ (maguro, bluefin tuna). The dial face carries a red-flesh marbled pattern referencing tuna's distinctive akami (lean red meat) texture, with a wasabi-green accent colour and a tuna silhouette graphic. The caseback carries the湯呑み (teacup) motif shared across all three Sushi Series models. The packaging is a折箱 (takeout sushi box) design; open it and a wasabi motif appears — for the Tuna model, specified as 多め (extra wasabi), as is traditional for tuna nigiri.
