The Casio EDIFICE EFK-200XPB-1A is the flagship of Casio's second-generation mechanical EDIFICE lineup — and the most technically ambitious watch Casio has ever produced. Where the EFK-100 proved the concept and sold out globally, the EFK-200XPB raises the stakes by extending forged carbon to both the case and the dial, resulting in a watch where no two units are visually identical. Originally developed in the aerospace sector and now embraced by the automotive industry, forged carbon is produced by kneading carbon fibre into resin and forging it under intense pressure, creating a lightweight, high-rigidity material with a distinctly marbled pattern that is entirely unrepeatable. The result is a watch built around the principle that speed and intelligence should look the part — and feel it. Currently available only in Japan and China, this model has not yet launched in Western markets.

- Forged Carbon Case & Dial — Every Unit Unique: Both the case and dial are crafted from forged carbon — a material used in high-performance sports cars and the aerospace industry. The manufacturing process creates a distinctive marbled pattern on every single unit that cannot be replicated, making each EFK-200XPB-1A genuinely one of a kind.
- Made-in-Japan Miyota Automatic Movement — Module 5766: Powered by Casio's in-house designated Miyota 8215-based automatic movement (Module 5766), with a power reserve of approximately 42 hours, 21 jewels, hacking function, and a sweep-motion seconds hand. Hand-winding is also supported. Mean daily rate of -20 to +40 seconds.
- See-Through Screw-Lock Caseback: A sapphire crystal caseback with screw-lock construction reveals the movement in full — a considered design detail that reinforces the watch's mechanical identity and lets the wearer see the rotor at work.
- Sapphire Crystal with Black Ion-Plated Bezel: Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the stainless steel bezel is finished in black ion plating for a cohesive, all-black motorsport aesthetic. Pink gold-tone hands and indices provide contrast and legibility.
- Lightweight Urethane Band with Butterfly Clasp: The forged carbon case pairs with a urethane rubber band for minimal weight — the full watch comes in at just 81g. A push-button butterfly clasp allows fast, secure attachment and removal.
