We begin processing orders right after they're placed. An unshipped order simply means we're preparing it for shipping. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as orders can't be canceled once submitted.

Orders are processed within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not apply to pre-order items, which will ship according to the release date stated below. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The Japanese Factory is not responsible for these charges, as they are imposed by your country on you for importing goods from abroad. Please check with your local customs office for details before making a purchase.

Due to the tariff implementation since 29 August 2025, we are currently unable to offer free standard shipping to the US. You may be required to disclose your personal information (IRS/SSN/EIN number) to the courier service (DHL Express) for US Customs clearance. The tariff rate for made in Japan watches is about 15% while the rate for made in China watches is about 35-40%.
