不良品・誤配送の場合 商品到着後速やかにsupport@thejapanesefactory.comまでご連絡ください。ご注文番号と、商品・梱包・配送ラベルの写真の送付をお願いいたします。当社の事前承認なく返送された商品はお受けできません。承認された返品については返品手数料はいただきません。 お客様都合による返品 お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。 キャンセル ご注文のキャンセルには、商品代金の10％のキャンセル手数料を申し受けます（送料は算定の対象に含みません）。これは海外送金手数料、仕入先への予約費用および決済手数料が返還されないことによるものです。出荷前のキャンセルの場合、送料は全額返金いたします。出荷後のキャンセルはお受けできません。 返送料 返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となり、返金額から差し引かせていただきます。 受取拒否・通関不能の場合 お客様の受取拒否または通関手続き不履行により商品が返送された場合、返金額は商品代金の50％となります。往路・復路の送料は返金いたしかねます。 返品をお受けできない商品 名入れ・カスタムメイド商品、お客様のご要望により特別に手配した商品、ギフトカード、返品不可と明示されたセール商品。 返金時期 返金は承認後10営業日以内に、お支払いに使用された決済手段へ返金いたします。15営業日を過ぎても反映されない場合はご連絡ください。 Damaged or incorrect items: contact support@thejapanesefactory.com promptly on receipt, with your order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted. No cancellation fee applies to approved returns of this kind. Change of mind: returns and exchanges are not accepted. Cancellations: a fee of 10% of the product price applies (shipping is excluded from the calculation), reflecting non-refundable overseas transfer fees, supplier reservation costs and payment processing fees. Shipping is refunded in full if the order has not yet shipped; orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Return postage is the customer's responsibility and is deducted from the refund. Refused or uncleared deliveries: 50% of the product price is refunded; outbound and return shipping are not refundable. Non-returnable: personalised and custom-made items, special-order items, gift cards, and sale items marked non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. |
