The Seiko Astron Nexter GPS Solar HAB011J is the flagship model of Seiko's 145th Anniversary third-wave limited collection — the most technically advanced, the most restricted in supply, and the most visually distinctive of the entire 江戸紫 (Edo Purple) series. Powered by GPS Solar Caliber 5X83 — which locks onto GPS satellite signals to automatically set both the time and the correct timezone, anywhere in the world — the HAB011J also features dual-time display, a 1/20 second chronograph with 12-hour counter, world time across 38 timezones, perpetual calendar to 2100, and Super Smart Sensor for twice-daily automatic time reception. The case is pure titanium, finished with Dia-Shield coating and fitted with a ceramic and titanium bezel. The bracelet's centre links feature a mirror-finish in the partially gold-toned version — a striking visual contrast against the brushed titanium outer links, evoking the gold accent theme running across all 145th anniversary pieces. Dual-curve sapphire crystal with Super Clear coating achieves over 99% reflection reduction on both surfaces. World limited to 2,000 pieces with 700 allocated domestically. Super Smart Sensor initiates automatic reception up to twice daily when sunlight hits the dial. Dual-time display, 1/20 second chronograph (12-hour counter), world time across 38 timezones, perpetual calendar to February 28, 2100, DST automatic adjustment.
- Pure Titanium Case with Ceramic Bezel — Dia-Shield & Comfotex: The case is machined from pure titanium, finished with Dia-Shield surface treatment for scratch resistance and nickel allergy resistance. The bezel combines ceramic and titanium. The bracelet is built to Comfotex specification — Dia-Shield treatment plus Super Clear glass — for a watch that is simultaneously highly resistant to damage and supremely legible in any light.
- Gold-Accented Centre Links & Edo Purple Horizontal Pattern Dial: The mirror-finish centre bracelet links carry partial gold tone, referencing the gold accent language of the 145th anniversary collection. The Edo Purple dial features a "horizontal pattern" emboss — a texture with varying width bands — combined with a vertical gradient that evokes the changing colour of sky as sunlight fades.
- Dual-Curve Sapphire — Super Clear Coating (99%+ Reflection Reduction): The dual-curve sapphire crystal is coated on both surfaces with Seiko's Super Clear coating, suppressing over 99% of light reflection. The anti-fingerprint surface film ensures the glass remains clear with minimal maintenance.
