Seiko 5 Sports x NARUTO Naruto Uzumaki Model SRPF70K1 Automatic Limited Edition Wristwatch

The Seiko 5 Sports × NARUTO Naruto Uzumaki Model (SRPF70K1) is the international version of one of seven limited-edition Seiko 5 Sports watches made for NARUTO and BORUTO. They were released in December 2020 and limited to 6,500 pieces per model, and this one is brand new. This is the international SRPF70K1, not the Japan-domestic (JDM) SBSA092.

The design evokes Naruto's iconic ninja outfit. The spiral pattern of the dial is taken from his signature jutsu, the Rasengan. Nine orange indexes hint at the Nine-Tails sealed inside him, and the 12 o'clock index represents the pendant he inherited from Tsunade, a Hokage of his village. The bezel and case are deliberately worn-looking to reflect the tough training it takes to become Hokage, and the bezel ring plate is modelled on his forehead protector, engraved with the symbol of the Hidden Leaf Village. The caseback shows the Uzumaki clan's kamon and a serial number from 0001/6500 to 6500/6500.

Inside is Seiko's Caliber 4R36, a Japanese-made automatic movement with hand-winding, 24 jewels and about 41 hours of power reserve. The movement is made in Japan and the watch is cased in China. The case is 42.5mm across and 13.4mm thick, in stainless steel with gold-colour plating, with a Hardlex crystal, a unidirectional rotating bezel, a see-through screw-down case back and 10 bar water resistance. It comes on a nylon strap with a pin buckle and arrives in a special box inspired by the Earth and Heaven Scrolls from the Chunin Exams.

• International Version (SRPF70K1) — Not the Japan-Domestic Model: This is the international release. The Japan-domestic (JDM) equivalent is the SBSA092. The movement is made in Japan and the watch is cased in China.

• Limited to 6,500 — Uzumaki Kamon and Serial Number Caseback: The caseback is printed with the Uzumaki clan's kamon and an individual serial number from 0001/6500 to 6500/6500.
• Caliber 4R36 Automatic — 24 Jewels, ~41-Hour Power Reserve, Hand-Winding: Self-winding Seiko movement made in Japan, with hand-winding, 21,600 vibrations per hour, a stop-second function and day/date display. Magnetic resistance of 4,800 A/m.
• 42.5mm Stainless Steel with Gold-Colour Plating — Hardlex, 10 Bar, Nylon Strap: 42.5 × 13.4mm case (46.0mm lug to lug), cased in China, with a Hardlex crystal, unidirectional rotating bezel, LumiBrite on the hands and indexes, a see-through screw-down case back and 10 bar water resistance. Nylon strap with pin buckle, 22mm between the lugs.
• Earth and Heaven Scroll Box: Each watch comes in a box inspired by the Earth and Heaven Scrolls from the Chunin Exams, the large-scale exam used to test junior ninja.
