This automatic mechanical watch uses the traditional Japanese craft of Kanazawa gold leaf to recreate the characteristics of the characters from the anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Each dial is handcrafted by a skilled craftsman, making it a truly exquisite work of art.
The movement, which is the heart of the watch, is made in Japan and assembled in Japan, making this a Made in Japan model.
Iguro Obanai Model:
The dial features a black and white striped pattern reminiscent of Iguro Obanai's haori coat, and emits a delicate luster.
The disc that rotates every second is designed with the motif of the tsuba (guard) of a Nichirin sword. The minute hand is inspired by the Nichirin sword, and the hour hand is inspired by its sheath. The indexes feature accents such as a Kabumaru (a circular sword) at the 12 o'clock position and parts inspired by Iguro's odd eyes at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions.
Kanazawa Leaf:
This beautiful gold leaf is only 0.1μm (1/10,000th of a millimeter) thick and is produced in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan's largest gold leaf producing region. It is painstakingly crafted by skilled artisans.
