The Initial D 30th Anniversary x Angel Clover IN45-GC8 is the final chapter in the closing collaboration series marking three decades since Shuichi Shigeno's legendary manga first began serialisation. This model is dedicated to Fujiwara Bunta's Subaru Impreza WRX STI GC8 — the car driven by the "fastest man" himself, Takumi's father, whose enigmatic skill level remained one of the series' greatest mysteries throughout its entire run. The legendary father-son duo and their machines are honoured together in this two-watch 30th anniversary conclusion. The "8" index at 12 o'clock references the GC8's iconic designation, while the stainless steel bezel evokes the GC8's bonnet colour. Three car gauge sub-dials, a skeleton dial revealing the automatic movement, and a 30th anniversary caseback engraving complete a watch built entirely around Bunta's legend.
