The fourth collaboration between Japan's leading virtual singer, Hatsune Miku, and the traditional craft of Edo Kiriko! Introducing a romantic and modern Edo Kiriko glass that expresses the worldview of the popular song "Senbonzakura" by Kurousa-P.
The chic light purple colored glass, created by covering the outside of clear glass with colored glass, is inspired by the costume worn by Hatsune Miku in the music video for "Senbonzakura." Miku's costume, cherry blossom motifs, and the impressive designs that appear in the music video are intricately cut onto the surface.
Edo Kiriko is a glass craft that is designated as a national traditional craft. This product is a genuine masterpiece that is handmade one by one by craftsmen at a long-established workshop founded in the Taisho era who have inherited traditional techniques.
- Each piece is handmade by skilled craftsmen from workshops affiliated with the Edo Kiriko Cooperative Association.
