Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we commit to our suppliers immediately to secure your item. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This does not apply to pre-order items, which will ship according to the release date stated below. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The Japanese Factory is not responsible for these charges if they are applied since they are charged to you as the importer. Please check with your local Customs office for further details before purchasing.

Due to the tariff implementation since 29 August 2025, we are currently unable to offer free standard shipping to the US. You may be required to disclose your personal information (IRS/SSN/EIN number) to the courier service (DHL Express) for US Customs clearance. The tariff rate for made in Japan watches is about 15% while the rate for made in China watches is about 35-40%.
