The Casio G-SHOCK GA-2100SSH-4AJR Limited Edition is the Salmon model in the G-SHOCK Sushi Series — three Made in Japan G-SHOCKs themed around three of the most iconic sushi items in Japanese cuisine, each produced at the Yamagata Casio factory. The GA-2100SSH is the series' most refined model: the GA-2100 platform, nicknamed the CasiOak for its octagonal case silhouette, wearing the orange of fresh salmon.

The dial is designed to evoke the texture and colour of fatty salmon sashimi, with the flesh's characteristic marbled quality rendered in the dial's surface finish. The hour and minute hands are shaped like sushi knives. The small seconds hand is modelled on a握り (nigiri) piece of sushi. A wasabi-coloured G-SHOCK logo sits on the dial as a tonal accent. The caseback is engraved with a湯呑み (teacup) motif on all three Sushi Series models — a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant teacup, signalling the end of the meal. The packaging is designed as a折箱 (takeout sushi box), and when you open it, a wasabi motif appears — for the Salmon model, specified as 少なめ (light on the wasabi), as is traditional for salmon nigiri.
