A great shopping experience through The Japanese Factory. I've never purchased a watch through them before, but they had what I wanted at a very good price so I decided to take a chance. I'm glad that I did. The watch arrived in perfect condition, brand new in the box, and well protected for transit. The watch shipped within a few days of placing the order and arrived in a reasonable time. The only delay was getting through US customs and that's not the fault of either the shipper or The Japanese Factory. I would recommend this seller to others and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Outstanding. I have only shopped with The Japanese Factory team online (from the UK). The experience was excellent. I had questions and made a small mistake while ordering and both were rapidly answered / resolved. The team was really friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a good selection of watches. Most of the pieces were also in pretty good condition.

That said, I found some models to be quite overpriced, around ¥10,000–¥15,000 more than what I’ve seen at Japanese-owned watch stores. I also wasn’t a big fan of having to ask for the price of every single watch. I think prices should be clearly displayed and each watch should have a tag.

Overall, a nice shop with a good selection, but I think the pricing and price display could be improved.

Easy to work with the web and chat with whatsapp. But they should change the way it display the imagesof a product in the page they show so big u cant see anything correctly
