Description
To celebrate Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary, a wristwatch with a special design based on the currently operating "Hello Kitty Shinkansen" has been released!
The dial is a pink and white gradation color that matches the color of the train. A parabola that imitates the long nose that is the symbol of the 500 series Shinkansen connects the three subdials. A gold ribbon shines at 1 o'clock. At 7 o'clock, Hello Kitty is designed in a cute pose.
In addition, to celebrate Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary, Sanrio characters such as Cinnamoroll and Pompompurin are gathered together wearing matching ribbon headbands, adding a lively touch to the dial.
This chronograph model was created in collaboration with Seiko and is equipped with stopwatch and calendar functions.
This is a special model that comes in a special box featuring Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary visuals.
The cute 500 series "Hello Kitty Shinkansen"
The Hello Kitty-themed 500 series Shinkansen has been running between Shin-Osaka and Hakata since June 30, 2018. The design is based on a ribbon motif, which represents the desire to "connect" and "bond" the region.
To celebrate Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary in 2024, the interior of the train is currently decorated with special visuals to welcome customers.
