The dial, with its red and black gradation, evokes the fearless image of Lupin III, stylishly clad in a red jacket, evading his pursuers.

The silhouette of Lupin III appears on the subdial at 6 o'clock, and at 12 o'clock there is an index modeled after the Roman numeral "III" in reference to Lupin III.
